Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million-dollar restaurant.
• Prior QSR experience is required; McDonald’s experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L by following cash control and maintaining inventory.
• Motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
• Prepare your team for success by teaching and training everyday operations.
• Partner with the Operations Supervisor for succession planning.
