Gold Star is seeking a General Manager for our Rivers Edge location in Cincinnati. This role leads store operations, people, and customer relations to uphold Gold Star’s standards and community presence.

You will drive culture, performance, and profitability while ensuring food safety and exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Culture Builder – crafting a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on communication and core values.
• People Leadership – interview, onboard, train, schedule, coach, engage, and develop store crew members
• Operations – manage productivity, quality, and food safety
• Financial Management – Oversee sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store
• Customer Relations – ensure exceptional experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Community Ambassador – foster a strong presence in the local community and build positive public relations
