Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in a similar fast-paced restaurant role.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, inventory and budgeting.
• Proven experience hiring, onboarding and training staff.
• Excellent leadership with team motivation abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Degree in hospitality management preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations.
• Manage food inventory to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Oversee food costs and budgeting to maximize profit and quality.
• Hire, onboard, and train new staff.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service and sales.
