Qualifications

• 2+ years’ current experience in casual restaurant operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations to ensure positive guest experience and profitability.
• Lead and develop the restaurant management team.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation and brand standards.
• Hands-on leader supporting all positions as needed and driving continuous improvements.

Education

2+ years in casual restaurant

HS Diploma or GED

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

ServeSafe Certification preferred
