Job summary

Culver's is hiring for a Management Team member for our Athens, AL location. The role supports training at a nearby location during pre-opening and oversees shifts to deliver great guest service.

You’ll lead a team, model positive leadership, and drive operations while ensuring food safety and exceptional guest experiences. This full-time management position offers on‑the‑job training, benefits, and career development within a fast-paced environment.

Job description

This position is being hired for our upcoming new location in Athens, AL. Candidates should be open to working at a nearby location during the initial training and pre-opening period, with the expectation of transitioning to our Athens location once it opens.
