Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and lead a team focused on guest experience and teamwork. You will set high standards, drive daily performance, and create a positive work atmosphere.

You will develop people, manage inventory and labor, coach staff, and ensure accountability. The role requires adapting to change, cultivating collaboration, and owning every shift to deliver outstanding guest service.
