Job summary

Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager in Valley, AL to execute the store plan, achieve standards, and grow sales and profits by staffing, training, operating and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will lead budgeting, local marketing, quality, service and cleanliness with a focus on cost controls and P&L performance, supervise managers and crew, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Executes store plan to achieve standards, sales and profits by staffing, training and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Leads budgeting, local store marketing, and cost controls to improve P&L.
• Ensures quality, service and cleanliness through staff training and supervision.
• Maintains safe, compliant operations and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Mentors and develops managers and crew for performance and growth.
