Job summary

The Wendy’s Company is seeking a General Manager for our Oxford, AL location. You will lead store operations to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and profitability by staffing, training and maintaining the store to Wendy’s standards.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, budgeting, and implementing local marketing plans to respond to market conditions and competitor activity. Strong leadership and operational expertise are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Strong knowledge of Wendy's systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and runs local store marketing plan.
• Sets monthly store budget goals and analyzes P&L with the DM.
• Staffing: ensures co-manager hires and maintains bench strength.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Resolves customer issues and maintains customer satisfaction.
• Leads training, management development and performance reviews.
