You will coach a team of 30+ employees, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards while achieving sales and profitability targets.

You will work with kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, safety, and service excellence, manage labor costs, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.
