Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume quick-service restaurants.
• Strong background in hospitality or retail is desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, monitoring progress and providing coaching.
• Develop and manage Department and Shift Managers.
