The position requires at least 3 years of general management experience in a full-service restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all unit operations during shifts, including training, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and quality standards.
• Manage staff labor and cash handling procedures; conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Ensure operational and procedural compliance; review sales and labor reports.
• Foster positive staff relationships and a safe work environment.
• Supervise deliveries, guest inquiries, and unit promotions/credits.
