Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a general management role in a full-service restaurant.
• Proficient in leadership, communication, staff mentoring & development, and quality of operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all unit operations during scheduled shifts, including daily decisions, training, guest interaction, and scheduling.
• Manage staff labor across shifts and ensure proper checkout and cash handling procedures.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and provide direction to staff to meet standards and goals.
• Monitor sales and labor reports and identify opportunities to improve operations.
