Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking motivated General Managers to lead restaurants across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Through a paid, eight-week Management Training Program, you’ll learn Dunkin' systems and lead with poise, while earning competitive base pay and performance bonuses.

Certified managers can receive additional weekly and monthly incentives, year-end bonuses, and extensive benefits including health, 401k, disability, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant with compliance to health standards.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are executed consistently.
• Recruit, onboard and develop restaurant staff.
• Coach teams to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee product rollouts, training and marketing initiatives.
• Manage costs and maintain accurate inventory and financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly schedules to meet demand and service standards.
