Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards and comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are executed consistently.
• Create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Lead product rollouts with training, marketing and sampling.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory and financial reporting weekly.
• Prepare and staff weekly schedules to meet guest demand.
• Manage vendor orders and inventory levels.
• Conduct self-assessments and action plans; align with franchisee budgets.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to staff.
• Perform duties of restaurant team members when needed.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training.
• Plan, monitor, and review employee performance.
