Job summary

Burger King Austin is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise the management team, control costs, and ensure quality service across all shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to prioritize and organize teams to meet deadlines while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Should be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, customers and outside vendors.
