• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and use hands effectively.
• Occasional exposure to mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of Assistant Managers and employees.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and support for new hires.
• Ensure world-class customer service for every customer.
• Control inventory and maintain regular ordering schedules.
• Assist team members during rush periods for efficiency.
