Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC in Makawao, Hawaii, seeks an experienced restaurant operations leader to direct and coordinate all activities, strengthening the Brand and maximizing sales and profitability. You will oversee staffing, training, compliance, inventory and cost controls, while delivering exceptional guest service, safety, and a clean, welcoming environment on every shift.

Open availability, a 50-hour work week, and the ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate restaurant activities to strengthen brand position and maximize profitability.
• Cover 100% of shifts with MICs capable of running great shifts and ensure adequate staffing across key positions.
• Ensure compliance with government laws and company policies and address violations with urgency.
• Monitor inventory and labor KPI controls; verify weekly inventories and payroll for accuracy.
• Deliver attentive, hospitable, and quick service; maintain food quality and a clean, sanitary environment on every shift.
• Support safety, training, and coaching; drive year-over-year growth in sales and profit.
