Pizza Hut in Hawaii seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in achieving people, financial and operational goals for the restaurant located at 98-820 MOANALUA RD BAY #4.

You will coach staff, assist in recruitment, scheduling, and training, and ensure Brand standards and safety are followed. The role requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 45-hour work week and island-wide flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Assists GM in staffing and development goals.
• Coaches staff and supports employee training.
• Ensures compliance with Brand standards and safety.
• Manages shift operations and customer relations.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work anywhere on the island.
