Job summary

The General Manager at Freebirds-World-Burrito in Fort Worth, TX will lead store operations, drive sales, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards. You will coach a dynamic management team, manage guest experience, and maintain a welcoming, safe restaurant environment.

We seek a hands-on leader with 2+ years of casual restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of training staff, controlling costs, and delivering consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
• Experience leading and developing teams, coaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs operation to achieve sales and profit objectives and maintains high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Mentors and supervises managers and team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand standards while controlling costs and ensuring compliance.
