Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant management team at our Beaumont, TX location. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and operational metrics while upholding Wendy's brand standards and a culture of teamwork.

You will mentor and coach team members, manage schedules, and ensure food safety procedures are followed. A Serv Safe certification is required by the end of training, and you must be 21+ with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Serv Safe certification required by end of training.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience leading restaurant teams or relevant supervisory experience preferred.
