Job summary

Popeyes - 14869 - Tracy is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, manage profitability, and champion the brand. The role focuses on Guest experience, people development, and operational excellence across all restaurant functions.

The RGM will recruit, coach, and evaluate leaders, ensure health and safety standards, and execute local marketing initiatives to drive growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have open availability.
