Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• Valid Food handlers permit is required.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lead and develop a team with strong communication.
• Excellent guest service, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Enforces sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with operational standards and policies.
• Manages shifts, scheduling, planning and staffing.
• Investigates and resolves guest complaints and turns them into repeat visits.
• Interviews, hires, trains and develops employees; coaching and termination when needed.
• Develops employees via feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintains staffing plans and ensures coverage for all shifts.
• Ensures accurate financial and administrative duties are completed.
• Publicizes and promotes the restaurant with signage and community engagement.
• Participates in food preparation, serving and guest service as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
