Job summary

ZippyApp Talentral Corp. is seeking a General Manager to join our fast casual concept in Santa Clarita, CA.

You will partner with the District Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and lead a front- and back-of-house team to drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for developing people, and a strong track record of operational results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• 24 months experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in tandem with District Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage staff.
• Lead front- and back-of-house team to achieve operational results.
• Manage labor and store operations to optimize performance.
• Develop and mentor team members for growth within the company.
