Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, especially General Manager.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and safe alcohol service.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and drive performance.
• Proven leadership and people-development skills.
