Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, take care of customers, and support our team members.

You will manage store operations, drive results, recruit and develop staff, oversee food safety, and strive to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high image standards and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards and cleanliness.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
