Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations and drive results. You will oversee staffing, training, food safety, and customer service while maintaining standards and profitability.

You should bring prior management or leadership experience, a strong focus on team development, and excellent communication skills to ensure best-in-class service and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Teamwork to achieve common goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
