Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will oversee staff development, cost controls, and safety procedures while delivering strong service and sales performance. The ideal candidate has prior restaurant management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver\'s license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
