Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profit objectives while maintaining top guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
• Lead a high‑performing management team and actively support all positions as needed to drive continuous improvement and brand standards.
