Four Seasons Resort Hualālai seeks a Restaurant General Manager – ULU to lead one of our celebrated dining venues on Hawai‘i Island. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, coach a diverse team, and partner with culinary leadership to evolve menus and beverage programs in a luxury, sustainability-driven setting.

You will maintain the Forbes Five-Star standard, manage daily operations, and ensure flawless service while mentoring managers and frontline staff to deliver consistent,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or resort environment.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Experience in menu evolution, wine programs, and seasonality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of managers and line employees.
• Maintain a consistent and visible presence on the floor, creating meaningful guest connections and recognizing team contributions.
• Deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards and Four Seasons service culture.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership to evolve menus, wine programs, and guest experiences reflecting seasonality and sustainability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage financial performance, including labor strategy, cost controls, inventory, and revenue optimization.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care.
• Ensure the physical environment reflects the quality and standards of Four Seasons.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Resort operations and guest satisfaction.

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER – ULU

The Restaurant General Manager – ‘ULU is a pivotal leadership role overseeing one of the Resort’s most celebrated dining experiences. Located along the ocean’s edge, ‘ULU offers an elevated yet approachable atmosphere, showcasing Hawai‘i Island’s rich agricultural and seafood resources through a menu rooted in sustainability and Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine.

With a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients—many harvested from the Resort’s own gardens and surrounding waters—‘ULU delivers a dining experience that is both deeply connected to place and refined in execution.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, highly visible leader who thrives in a high-volume, luxury environment. The General Manager serves as the face of the restaurant—driving operational excellence, cultivating a strong team culture, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the intuitive, personalized service that defines Four Seasons.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism, care, and a solutions-driven mindset

• Ensure the physical environment reflects the quality and standards of the Four Seasons brand

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall Resort operations and guest satisfaction

WHAT TO BRING

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or resort environment

• A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop diverse teams

• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage, with an appreciation for local sourcing and sustainability

• Strong business acumen across labor management, financial performance, and operational strategy

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A hands-on, adaptable approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Ability to obtain a Hawaii State Department of Health Tuberculosis (TB) clearance card
