Job summary

Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken in Redford, MI, is seeking a General Manager to lead through our Six Pillars of Operational Excellence and drive guest experience, quality, and profitability. You’ll hire and develop teams, schedule staff, manage labor and costs, and uphold safety standards.

A strong leader with food service background and a valid driver’s license is preferred; compensation includes a competitive salary and opportunity for growth within a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Food management experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passionate, positive attitude.
• High school education or equivalent experience (Preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).

• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and future leaders.
• Creating schedules that balance excellent guest service with labor budgets.
• Driving sales while managing labor, food cost, and profitability.
