Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken is seeking a General Manager to lead one fast-casual location in Michigan. You will drive guest experiences, uphold food safety, coach a diverse team, and manage daily operations with urgency and care.

You’ll hire and train staff, balance labor with service quality, monitor food cost, and ensure top-notch service. A strong track record in food-service leadership and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Food management experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
