Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to train and coach teams to achieve results.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and weekly food and equipment inventories and keep proper records
• Schedule team members’ hours and assigns duties
• Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety procedures are followed
• Ensure compliance with HR practices and labor laws
