Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations including drive-thru, front counter, and kitchen.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of 15-30 employees.
• Build and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Coach and develop shift leaders and future managers.
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs.
• Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
• Create a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and recognition.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• Current or recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• General Manager experience strongly preferred
• Strong Assistant General Managers ready for their next step will be considered
• Experience leading a high-volume and/or drive-thru restaurant
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financials
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain employees
• Strong tenure and career progression
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
