Job summary

Taco Boy in Newton, IA is seeking a General Manager to lead our Quick Service Restaurant operations, coaching and developing team members and ensuring high-quality food, drink, and service. You will drive restaurant performance with strong leadership and a focus on a winning culture.

The role requires GM-level restaurant management experience, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage both front and back of house in a fast-paced environment.

• Restaurant management experience at the General Manager level.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• QSR experience required.
