• Develops and mentors management and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire restaurant operation—front and back of house.
• Ensures overall guest satisfaction and menu adherence.
• Manages scheduling and inventory bi-weekly with the team.
• Oversees financial performance and goal attainment.
• Partners with FOH/BOH and chef management teams.
