Job summary

Team Joarder is seeking a General Manager for a Domino’s Pizza location in New Jersey. You will oversee daily store operations, lead the team, ensure high standards of service, food quality and accurate delivery, while managing staffing, training, scheduling, inventory and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
