Job summary

Team Joarder, an independent Domino's franchisee, is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume store in New Jersey. You will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to uphold Domino’s standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on quality and service, and the ability to optimize labor and food costs while maintaining safety and compliance. Growth into multi-store leadership is available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.
