Domino's is seeking a General Manager in New Jersey to lead daily store operations, drive the team, and ensure top-tier customer service and food quality. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires managing a fast-paced environment, creating effective schedules, controlling labor and costs, and maintaining compliance with safety and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.
