Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single restaurant and drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. You will oversee daily operations under the District Manager, managing 20-45 staff including an Assistant Manager and hourly coordinators.

You will own the P&L, optimize labor, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Evening/weekend shifts and a focus on guest experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Owns the restaurant P&L and drives profitability through sales and efficiency.
• Leads guest service, people development and daily operations to meet metrics.
• Directs recruiting, onboarding and team recognition to build a strong staff.
• Manages labor with optimal staffing and scheduling while ensuring compliance.
• Upholds brand standards and government regulations; performs duties of Assistant Manager when needed.
