Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful. Reading, writing, math, and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees per brand standards.
• Manages staffing, recruits talent, develops internal candidates.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness and food safety.
• Analyzes performance, identifies trends, and plans for sales growth.
• Oversees cash handling procedures and budget adherence.
• Coordinates operations including inventory and administrative duties.
