Job summary

Hardee’s is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Birmingham, Alabama, to oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop a top-performing team, manage schedules and inventories, and partner with Human Resources to address employee relations issues and regulatory requirements, all while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards and financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies through training and audits.
• Monitor sales, labor, and controllables; take corrective actions as needed to achieve margins.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and regulatory requirements.
