Job summary

Panera Bread in Queens, NY is seeking a General Manager to lead a cafe, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations with a focus on quality and service.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage P&L and labor costs, build community relationships, and contribute to the growth of this Panera Bread location within the Doherty Enterprises network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; travel between cafes and training locations may be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
