Panera Bread in New York's City of Poughkeepsie area is seeking a General Manager to lead daily cafe operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a high-performing team within Doherty Enterprises.

You will recruit and develop leaders, oversee P&L, labor, and food costs, and build community relationships to grow sales and brand excellence.

This role requires flexibility, travel between cafes, and a commitment to Panera standards and patient leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including experience as a General Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between cafes, training locations, and company meetings may be required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
