Panera Bread at the Doherty Enterprises family in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a General Manager to lead daily cafe operations and a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and manage the P&L to hit business goals.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop managers and staff, foster an inclusive culture, and build community relationships to boost cafe awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, labor and food cost experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; travel between cafes may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
