Panera Bread is seeking a General Manager through Doherty Enterprises in the United States, New York area. You will lead daily cafe operations, build a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting sales and cost targets.

You’ll develop leaders, manage P&L and labor costs, and represent Panera’s brand standards across multiple locations. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within aTop Workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience including General Manager role
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; travel between cafes
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
