Job summary

Papa John\'s is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting. You will lead and develop the team, hire and onboard staff, and ensure product quality and customer service standards across shifts.

This role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, experience in QSR or pizza industry, strong leadership, ability to manage food and labor costs, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• QSR or Pizza industry experience.
• Experience managing food cost, labor cost, inventory, sales growth, and P&L.
• Food safety certification as required.
• Bilingual skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing overall restaurant operations and profitability.
• Leading and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and retaining employees.
• Maintaining Papa John's product quality and customer service standards.
• Managing food, labor, and controllable expenses.
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing local marketing initiatives.
• Managing inventory and minimizing waste/loss.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handling customer complaints professionally.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety, and equipment.
• Managing cash controls and administrative responsibilities.
• Driving accountability and achieving sales/ profit goals.
