Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to run a store with attention to detail and create positive memories for fans. You will assist the GM in operations, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing while upholding high standards.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, training staff on PRIDE systems and recipes, overseeing inventory and cash controls, and helping implement strategies to increase fan visits and average checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required or certifiable.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure inventory control and cash handling accuracy.
• Train shift leads and crew on recipes, safety, and PRIDE systems.
• Assist GM with business planning and local store marketing.
• Improve speed of service and customer satisfaction.
