Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.

• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• Certification in Buffalo Wild Wings Management or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff planning and scheduling to ensure proper coverage and sales.
• Train and develop managers and staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage P&L, drive sales, control costs and meet financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security and food handling standards.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings and maintain open communication across teams.
