Job summary

Papa John’s Lakeway is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. The GM will oversee a high-performing management team, ensure food safety and brand standards, and foster a positive culture that supports staff development and performance.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor team members, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and act as the face of the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years current experience in casual dining management.
• Restaurant industry experience required.
• Strong team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Direct the operation to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Direct and supervise managers and team members to execute brand standards.
