Job summary

Papa John’s Lafayette location is hiring a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s strategic and operational performance, driving profitability, guest satisfaction and team development. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations, uphold food safety and brand standards, and actively support all roles to ensure exceptional hospitality and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
• Lead a high-performing management team and support all positions as needed.
